HR interview
Lastly you'll join us for an in-depth HR interview, or interviews. This will help us get to know you better as a person, and learn more about your aspirations, interests and passions. The goal is for you to leave this interview with a full understanding of who we are at Wix as well, so ask us any remaining questions you may have.
Second professional interview
An in-depth interview with the Team Lead. You’ll discuss your assignment, professional background, skills and fit to the team. You'll be able to learn more about the day-to-day role, and connect on a personal level.

Next, you’ll receive a short assignment to complete at home. We know not everyone shines in interviews, and have found this to be the best equalizer. You’ll get a better understanding of the work you’ll do here, and by showing us how you approach common problems, we get to see your talents and skills. We always try to be considerate of your time.
